All of our stones are real unless otherwise stated (ie synthetic, lab made) We pride ourselves in searching the world to ethically source authentic crystals.
A good rule of thumb is to keep stones ending with “-ite” out of water and salt. Limit sun exposure to your stones in order to prevent fading and discoloration.
When we are first entering our spiritual journey, the tools we need find us. Read each stone's description to make sure it resonates with you.
Good introduction stones are Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Citrine, Clear Quartz, Hematite, Sodalite, and Selenite. You want to have a stone that works on each chakra so that you do not unbalance yourself.
The best way to cleanse and charge crystals is to cleanse with smoke (sage or incense) and charge in a full moon. If you don’t want to wait for a full moon, use a selenite charging plate to cleanse and charge your crystals. You can also cleanse/charge your crystals at noon with the sun.
It depends on the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Blue Goldstone, Goldstone and Opalite. Goldstone is made from Quartz and Copper particles. Blue goldstone is made from Quartz and Cobalt particles. Opalite is made from glass and Dolomite
Natural crystals can be mined from the earth whereas synthetic crystals are created in a lab by combining different natural stones and elements
Shipping
Once your parcel is shipped out, your tracking will show "Label Created" or "Label created, not yet in system." Once the carrier picks up and scans the parcel, your tracking will be updated. Sometimes, it takes time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking, even though the parcel has left our warehouse. In this event, please be patient or reach out directly to the carrier.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships out.
Shipping is a flat rate fee of $6.99 for US orders. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in NJ and will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You may return unused and unopened products within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Sale items are final sale. Customers are responsible for shipping their items back.
The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your
package. In the event of a lost/stolen package, it is the responsibility
of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. We
are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We unfortunately do not accept After Pay at this time but we do accept Pay Pal. We also accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.

No, discounts from www.eastmeetswestusa.com are for ONLINE USE ONLY. Our retail stores will not accept nor honor any discounts that are advertised on our online store
At checkout, enter the promotional code under the "Gift card or Promotion" block. Our promotional discounts are not automatic, unless stated otherwise
Unfortunately no. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. This applies to reward points and in store gift certificates* as well.
*Gift certificates that have been purchased in store and converted to a personal online coupon code cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons.
