1. Buy spell jar
2. Cleanse jar with incense, sage, sound, or other mediums
3. Set in intention
4. Place herbs, crystal chips, oils, or other medians into bottle
5. Drop candle wax to seal the jar
6. Speak your intention one last time into the bottle
