Returns and Exchanges
WE CANNOT REFUND AN ORDER, IF A PARCEL IS IN TRANSIT TO ITS DESTINATION ADDRESS. Recipient must receive the parcel in order to be eligible for a refund. Also once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Please don't throw away your packing slip. If you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your package, we require you to send us your packing slip so that we can cross check with our shipping department. If your item arrived broken, defective or you received an incorrect item, you MUST submit a picture of the broken, defective or incorrect item in addition to your packing slip. Without a packing slip or picture of incorrect/broken item, we will be unable to provide you with a refund, exchange or shipment of correct product. If an incorrect item was sent. We will supply the customer with a return label to return item back to us for a refund or replacement with correct item. Customer must send us back the incorrect item(s) in order to receive a refund/exchange. Without the return of the incorrect item(s), customers will not be able to receive a refund or exchange. Incorrect item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Any opened or used item sent back will not be eligible for a refund. Returned item must be East Meets West will accept return/refund of merchandise only if a request to return is submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving merchandise. The reason for return/refund must be included in the notification. All returned merchandise must be received by East Meets West within 10 business days of approval. Merchandise can also be returned for store credit at any East Meets West location with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of receiving merchandise. We will issue a store credit (minus shipping) in the amount that you paid for the merchandise plus any applicable sales tax. Customer is responsible for shipping back the returned item(s). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Any opened or used item sent back will not be eligible for a refund. Items must have their original seal on them and contain all it's components. If a request for return is submitted and an authorization code is issued for a return, credit will not be issued until product is returned and determined to be in salable condition within the specified time frame. We are not responsible for returned items being lost or broken in transit. Please do ensure you place adequate tracking and insurance when an item is returned.
All items are open and inspected before leaving the warehouse. Incorrect merchandise reports must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return the merchandise and without photograph evidence that the product(s) are incorrect. The returned merchandise must be received by East Meets West within 10 business days of return authorization in order to receive a replacement or a refund. East Meets West will accept return of merchandise only if a request to return is submitted to email@example.com
Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us ("return to sender") due to invalid or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer, we will issue you a full refund for the merchandise, minus the shipping
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We are extending our return policy for the holidays. Any merchandise purchased on or after, November 25th, 2022 is eligible to return the merchandise until January 6th, 2023 with original invoice or proof of purchase such as order number.
