Shipping Policy
Shipped means your order is packed and awaiting carrier pickup. Pick up times vary due to driver schedules, traffic, weather and other factors. All orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days by the selected shipping method, unless there is an influx of orders. We do not pack, ship, or schedule carrier pickup's on weekends. If you placed your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your parcel will not be picked up by the carrier until that following Monday or Tuesday. Processing and shipping times may be subject to change during busy holiday months, other holidays and severe weather. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, your order will be updated with the tracking information. The shipping cost for the order is based on the weight of the selected products and delivery location. Before the final checkout page, there will be a chance to review the order with the calculated shipping cost.
Delivery Disclaimer
East Meets West is not the mail carrier and does not process and handle your package(s) once it leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, we can't control USPS or UPS. We have no control over the route your package takes, if your package gets delayed, if your package is marked as delivered but isn't, if your package gets taken to the post office instead of your address or if your package was delivered to your neighbors house. East Meets West is provided the same information as you are when you parcel has been picked up by USPS or UPS. East Meets West only has access to the tracking number and any information contained within that tracking number.
Damaged/Lost/Stolen Packages
The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event of a lost/stolen/mis-delivered package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. If your package is damaged in transit by USPS or UPS, you would need to file a claim directly with USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered or damaged packages by USPS or UPS. To file a claim with USPS, click here
Shipping Insurance
We offer our customers, shipping insurance through "SavedBy" at checkout. SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help. Please click here for more info.

Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us ("return to sender") due to invalid or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer, we will issue you a full refund for the merchandise, minus the shipping cost.Order Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed through our e-commerce platform at our discretion. This may be due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:

Product Availability: In the event that a product becomes unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund to the customer.

Payment Issues: If payment for an order fails to process or is flagged for potential fraud, we may cancel the order to protect both the customer and our business. Any payments made will be refunded promptly.

Non-Compliance: Orders that do not comply with our terms and conditions or are in violation of our policies may be cancelled and refunded.

Errors: In cases where pricing or product information is inaccurately displayed on our website due to technical errors or typographical mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel orders related to such discrepancies and issue refunds.

Customer Request: At times, customers may request cancellation of their order. We will honor such requests if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Frequent Customer Complaints and Returns: If a customer's orders frequently result in complaints or returns due to issues such as product dissatisfaction or repeated non-delivery, we reserve the right to cancel future orders from that customer and issue refunds as necessary
We strive to provide clear communication and transparency regarding order cancellations and refunds. Customers will be promptly notified of any cancellation and refunded via the original payment method used for the order.
